Instructions.

The aim of the game is to collect as many FIBS cards as possible, by eliminating all the fibbers in each round.

Setup

There's two decks included in your pack. FIBS and FIBBERS. Separate these two decks. If you're bad at REALLY basic maths, this next step may be difficult for you...

Reduce the FIBBERS deck down to the number of players minus 1, making sure to include the TRUTH card.

For example, if there are 6 players in total, ensure there are only 4 LIE cards and 1 TRUTH card in the FIBBERS deck. 5 cards in total (6 players minus 1).

If there are 10 players in total, ensure there are only 8 LIE cards and 1 TRUTH card in the FIBBERS deck. 9 cards in total (6 players minus 1).

Shuffle the FIBS deck.

Play

Before each round, shuffle the FIBBERS deck.

Step 1
Decide who's going to play first, this person is the MAIN PLAYER for this round, everyone else is a FIBBER. We don't care how you do this, but here are some suggestions if you're struggling: Oldest player OR tallest player OR ugliest player. Just pick someone and work clockwise.

Step 2
The FIBBERS should all draw 1 card from the FIBBERS deck. They should look at their cards to determine if they should LIE or tell the TRUTH this round, but make sure not to show any other players. Place your card face down.

Step 3
One of the FIBBERS now draws a card from the FIBS deck. Pass it around all the FIBBERS to read, ensuring the main player doean't see it. The last FIBBER to be handed the card should read out the question to the rest of the players (You might want to give everyone 30 seconds or so to think up a lie?).

Step 4
Each FIBBER should take turns answering the question, either telling the TRUTH or telling a LIE depending on which card they drew from the FIBBERS deck.

Step 5
The MAIN PLAYER must now begin eliminating FIBBERS, with the aim of eliminating all the FIBBERS telling a LIE. Once a FIBBER is eliminated, they must turn their card over, revealing if they were telling the TRUTH or telling a LIE. For some cards, the MAIN PLAYER can choose to ask 1 question to each FIBBER before choosing someone to eliminate. Every time a FIBBER is eliminated, the MAIN PLAYER can choose to ask everyone 1 more question. The FIBS cards will state this on them.

If the MAIN PLAYER gets it wrong and accidentally eliminates the FIBBER telling the TRUTH, they lose this round and everyone reveals their cards.

If the MAIN PLAYER gets it correct, and succesfully eliminates all FIBBERS telling a LIE, they get to keep the FIBS card from this round.

Once a round is over, place the FIBBERS cards back into a deck and choose a new MAIN PLAYER, repeating these steps.
